MIDDLE SCHOOL ONLY!! AGES 11-14 6th-8th Grade
The Third Annual Middle School Summer Kickoff will take place on Saturday, May 11th, from 6 pm to 9 pm, at Huntsville Botanical Garden, 4747 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805
The Summer Kickoff is a Hawaiian-themed Luau-style party for middle schoolers. There will be music, games, food, and drinks! Come ready to dance, eat, hang out with friends, and play a few games in a fun Hawaiian-style setting!
Who: All Alabama & Tennessee Valley area homeschool middle school students are invited regardless of cover school. Homeschoolers may invite up to two non-homeschooled guests.
Where: Huntsville Botanical Garden 4747 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805
Cost: There are a limited number of early bird tickets at $15. Regular-priced tickets are then $20 on Feb 7th.
Tickets: Tickets must be purchased online by May 5th before 9:00 a.m. or until sold out.
Menu: Plenty of free snacks will be provided. Beverages will be provided throughout the evening for free. Free popsicles and Ice cream cones!
Chaperones and Safety: The entire evening will be well-chaperoned by volunteer adults. Our chaperone-to-attendee ratio is 1:15. We require an emergency contact number for every attendee.
Drop Off and Pick Up: Parents may accompany their children to check-in. Pick-up is at 9:00 PM. If an attendee leaves before 9:00 PM, they cannot re-enter the event.

TERMS
• The Huntsville Homeschool Events has a ZERO tolerance policy for alcohol, drugs, smoking, or misconduct. Our chaperones will escort anyone necessary from the dance, and parents will be notified.
• NO weapons, including any gun or knife, of any sort, any kind, in any form, are allowed on the premises for any reason whatsoever.
• Public displays of affection are unacceptable. This includes sitting on laps, making out, and inappropriate dancing (grinding, moshing, dirty dancing, twerking, etc.)
• If you leave the dance early, you may not return.
• Outside food and drink are not allowed.
• Any complaints or concerns should be brought directly to a Planning Committee member or chaperone.
• Please print your ticket before arriving at the event.
• Enjoy yourself and be considerate of everyone else!
